Terms & Conditions
Unless otherwise noted, all arrangements for rental of ALL TYPES OF EVENTS furniture and supplies will be made through and in the sole discretion of ALL TYPES OF EVENTS sales agent.
ALL TYPES OF EVENTS is responsible for providing personnel to set up and take down equipment and furniture, etc. for an event that has been rented through ALL TYPES OF EVENTS.
CLIENT is Not (and will not allow any other persons) to make any alteration or changes ALL TYPES OF EVENTS furniture and supplies. Including the location of set up of furniture and supplies. The CLIENT shall be responsible for any and all damages, costs or expenses caused and by failure to comply with these terms and conditions. (Damage to tents, frames, fabric, furniture, lights etc.) CLIENT is responsible for repair/replacement costs directly.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in/under and within 10 feet of ALL TYPES OF EVENTS products. Open flames /candles to be contained in enclosed lanterns / glass or metal containers.
ALL TYPES OF EVENTS will not be liable directly or indirectly for any damage or loss to any property whatsoever, including without limitation loss to equipment provided by the CLIENT, or for any loss, damage or injury to the CLIENT, its servants, agents or invitees and the CLIENT hereby releases and saves harmless the Released Persons from any such liability.
In the event of damage to or the destruction ALL TYPES OF EVENTS furniture and supplies thereof by fire, or other insurable hazard, or due to any occurrence beyond the ALL TYPES OF EVENTS control, which will render the fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement impossible, reduced or delayed to any extent, ALL TYPES OF EVENTS shall not be liable to the CLIENT for any direct or indirect damage or loss as a result of any such failure to perform.
This contract may be terminated by either party upon eight (8) weeks notice prior to the date of the event. In the case of termination by the CLIENT, deposit fees will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee. There will be no claim or right to damages or reimbursement on account of any loss, damage or expense whatsoever. Notice of cancellation by the ALL TYPES OF EVENTS shall be sent to the CLIENT at the contact information shown on the Event Contract.
Payment to be made prior to the set up of ALL TYPES OF EVENTS furniture and supplies. A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance of payment is due prior to set up date. All payments must be in Canadian funds. Payment options: cash, cheque, email money transfer.
A 25% refundable damage deposit is required on day of set up.
While leaving the items unattended is not recommended, client to be aware that they are responsible for the goods from the time we drop them off, until the time we pick them up. Someone is to be present during setup/delivery.
Tables and chairs are delivered stacked in a single area and upon pick up, tables , chairs and other rental items should be gathered/stacked as they were dropped off. We are pleased to provide set up of tables and chairs for a nominal fee.
All furniture orders are subject to a transport / labor fee unless ordered with a tent package.
Travel fee applies to some locations; fee determined at time of booking.
Permits are required for temporary tents in most municipalities in Ontario. It will be the responsibility of the client to ensure said permits are obtained.
Due to potentially serious hazard of contacting underground services (hydro, gas, cable, phone, etc) with ground driven spikes, which can extend up to 24 inches, it will be the responsibility of the client to ensure that underground utilities are located and marked prior to the scheduled installation of tent. Locates are typically provided free of charge by the utility provider and require approx. 7-10 days notice.
All tents are supported with anchors or weights as required.
CLIENT to supply own extension cords for lighting and propane tanks for outdoor heaters.
Set up & pick up dates & time may vary from contract due to weather or undue circumstance.
